He still has Bruce's super computer brain and shit, and Hulk has been shown to always try to avoid innocent bystanders. Even during all his rampages, he never really stops doing that.

Does that even count though? It was using the IDW version of the Ninja Turtles. And it wasn't just the Turtles in that miniseries, there was also The Crow, Ghostbusters, and Transformers. And Transformers was the Hearts of Steel version (they put in a flashback panel referencing Infestation 2).
