if you figure out how a nose and lips look in 3-dimensional space and know how to change them to look aesthetically pleasing, the rest is pretty easy
all humans have the same basic body structures (obviously with variations) so don't spend all your time working on the boobies and neglect the face
mark bagley is a good example of this problem, he's only now getting to a place where his faces don't all look like the same big-nosed weirdo in different wigs.
