The writers seem adverse to having Mabel suffer to any significant extent
>Sacrifices a chance to impress a guy, only to decide that he wasn't worth her time anyway.
>Admits that stealing a love potion was wrong, but doesn't really suffer any consequences or have to fix her mistake.
>Spends 90% of the apocalypse she caused in a cushy bubble where she gets everything she wants, having it easier than literally everybody else in town.
>Her brother gives up his dream for her, and she doesn't have to give up anything significant
