I think the best way to conclude her arc would be to have her die, alone and nobly, and I say it like that because Bubbline and finnfags really don't see that she is 800 year old empress that's dealt with kidnappings, tough decisions she's regretted, the death of her only canon love interest, her autistic brother, and a bunch of stuff we still have yet to learn about her.
The fact that she has done anything questionable where other characters are not questioned at all in this area, just shows how influential and legendary she is.
