It would have made a lot more sense if they did it as a pre-Batman show with very little, IF ANY, actual Bruce or Alfred AND only showed the villains that logically could have existed before Bruce's 25th birthday (or so).
Legion, on the other hand, doesn't really seem to have anything to do with the X-Men in the comics and seems like it would be a good show on it's own. I'm not really sure how he's supposed to get his powers since it sounds like some comic runs of him have him being a power sponge from other mutants or does he simply need to HEAR about the powers to acquire them.
I'm willing to give it a shot, it seems like they've made a really complicated, convulated and overly large cast unless some of these are blink and you miss them (as with Mr. Robot).
