More than an idea transmitted by the vox populi, developed beyond its inception and context into a brand and meaning of it's own, of which it's ability to spread meassures his existance, he no longer spreads through people, he becomes the vox populi and molds it. He is unobiquitous, spread to the maximum potential as a meme, and the meaning he is assigned is not set by his spread but by the certainty of it's self. Everyone sees what they want to see in him, but everyone knows he is pepe, and the resistance against him is an inertia that revitalizes him and rebirths him, he no longer gets stale and dies, he's not a joke, whener a pepe gets posted, we are the joke, we are the meme.
