>>89473836>>89472601>Did he really yell 'mcdonalds day' and run off alone? It's very unlikely that he would be so extroverted. It is very likely that he went to McDonald's and ate to fill the void inside himself.
If you had a class with Andy you learned real fast that it wasn't worth your time to talk to him. Especially during critique (more on that later)
>>89473660It's hard remember specifics but here is the gist of it...
I had just entered the auditorium for Anime Club. I saw a group of my friends sitting in a row near a middle.
I saw Andy (be-hatted, sketching, alone) sitting in the back upon a folding chair up against the back wall (very strange, because there were plenty of empty theater seats, but whatever, it's "Hat Andy").
I took pity (big mistake) and sat in the back row near him, so he wouldn't be alone and I could chat him up.
It was all pretty mundane small talk, and he was receptive, at first. This is an approximation of my side of the conversation t begin with...
"Sup? So what are a watching? Oh ANOTHER Ranma 1/2 OVA?! Cool..."
He was being friendly enough and seemed eager to tell a about it plot of the OVA to catch me up on the story. Then I watched for a bit and turned to him and said something like "Gee this movie is kinda silly."
His mouth curved down into a scowl and spat "I don't know what FUCK you're babbling about!"
Then he waved his hand flicking his fingers at me as if brushing away dust, and turned his full attention back . The sketch pad on his lap."
I was a little shocked, at first I thought that maybe he was just making an awkward joke. Then it dawned on me that this guy was serious.
As I said, I got up, stupefied, and walked over to my friends and sat down, IN and daze.
My friends greeted me and asked me "what's up? Something wrong?".
I replied "...Hat Andy..."
My friends exchanged knowing looks to one another, then turned back to me anndndnd said "I know exactly what you mean!"
