I'm not sure if I'm sold on the 'most of the villains are recommissioned.' angle. Some of the stories are good, but the idea of the villains bailing from earth and starting their own galactic crime syndicate is also a good one and gives everyone a break from the GKND/Father conflict. Like you're penning yourself in there. In general we don't quite have enough exploration of the galactic division and why its interesting and you've lost a bit of the playfullness that defined KND lore in a few of these places.
Like you had Kuki be a ninja, which is okay, but what about a deadly GOSSIP ninja that assassinated other teens through hurtful words spread silently in the night? Fits the character AND the world.
Mother's an odd duck because she doesn't really do anything Father doesn't and I think you take too long for Nigel to turn back to the good side, I imagine in the actual show that'd happen after the first story arc. There's also not a lot of space in the space epic; we should see some planets and alien operatives both for and against the new GKND policy. Negative -1's a bit weak too, he's basically Alpha from the old MIB series (who is admittedly amazing), though I dig Number Zero having an old rival crawl out of the woodwork.
Like a big part of KND especially later on is that the world wasn't as black and white as the kids thought. The teens formed their own faction, there were a TON of kid villains, there were even some helpful adults. KND had a lot of spy elements and GKND, which is all about a mother branch (maybe?) of the organization going rogue, should have some of those too.
That said I fucking love Stickybeard leaving Abby his ship and would watch an episode or six about her just deciding this drama is all too uncool and fucking off to be a space candy pirate for a while.
