For all that people complain about bat-wanking there hasn't been an 'evil batman conquers the world' story. Not like red son.
The closest you would get would be batdad from earth 2 or maybe nightmare earth batman. Or vampire batman.

Earth-51. Batman spends 5 years killing supervillains one by one after Jason's death, until they are all gone. The world basically becomes a utopia of sorts.

What's the point then?

Does he not do it because he knows killing people's parents will just create Reverse-Batmans? Then after a generation, The Reverse-Batmen kill more parents, resulting in NeoBatmen, repeat ad infinitum, until every one is either a Batman or a Reverse-Batman?
