Is there a word for when mediocre animation has a sudden, brief spike of quality for specific/iconic scenes like this?

It's alway so jarring, it kinda cracks me up.

Same thing they do with Anime with brief, well drawn and animated fight scenes in otherwise completely stagnant and stiff shows.

Anime has more detial usually, because they pay animators slave wages, which is illegal in the west.

The west usually has better framerates though, resulting in smoother animation.
