Completely lifting the designs from the Chinese commercial would not only be a copyright violation, but likely a trademark problem as well. You guys need to keep in mind, China is where Apple lost its "iPhones" trademark. They are protectionist. They'll make sure you play nice with them or go home, and the Chinese market is now too large for anyone to go home.
