It's a commentary on the Kate Beaton scandal.
It happened long before the days of the SJWs. Kate Beaton, the creator of Hark! A Vagrant, a brilliant comedy webcomic, once received an email from a presumably male fan. The fan said something like "Omg Kate I love your comic so much! It's so epic! XD I want your babies!"
Kate got TRIGGERED and wrote a huge post on her site. I said post, she complained about how "male fans" are totally creepy and objectify women creators and such. How the phrase "I want your babies" disrespects her as a creator, and implies she's only good for babies because she's a woman.
A lot of fans didn't like said response and started posting angry comments. Kate got even more TRIGGERED and just deleted it all. This happened long before the days of SJWs.
Funnily enough, the fan most likely didn't mean anything creepy at all. For one, "I want your babies" implies HE'll be the one on babymaking duty, not Kate. And most ironically, it was an expression that was mainly used and popularized by FEMALE fans of male actors and musicians. But of course, it's only creepy and sexist if a male says it.
So no, it did kind of happen.
