If the female is a giantess on a regular basis then she better be doing a parody of Attack of the 50 FT Woman, or she better be completely non-sexual.
Otherwise it's a fetish thing and that is not kosher.

If it's Elasi-girl from Doom Patrol, it's an homage to silver age comics.
If it's a brainy scientist kid turning his flat as a board neighbor girl huge, it's for comedy.
