That got really weird in it's last arc. Bending time to make hundreds of years go by in a day so they could cook a fish, a frog eating the moon, "brother", vomiting out a galaxy, etc.
Feelings can give the sensation of fullness, so how do you prepare a feeling to make it more filling? Mood, atmosphere, aesthetic, company?
Is it all just about what chemicals the brain releases when you eat the food? That'd go against some core principals since you literally become what you eat most of the time, that food becomes your flesh and blood. So it needs to also fulfill that basic necessity.
So for a human to eat an emotion, it needs to be cooked into something that can be eaten by a human. That's a pretty common practice with "love", but what about other emotions? Are they any less worthy of cooking with or cooking into the food?
Hmm, I seem to be overtired.
