There's isn't anything "new" in the current Harley run, it's the same as the start of the N52 (when the book started), you just got baited with the Rebirth slogan, even Palmiotti and Conner admiited in the DC Rebirth annoucement panel that Harley """"Rebirth""""" is just a continuation of their usual work on Harley
