>>87626079>And then they do it anyway.Again, Wolverine is not happy about it either, he is a really dark person in general. Gwen on the other hand even takes selfies while killing people or some shit because ''le wacky meme humor''.
Deadpool can also get away with it because he is crazy, actually crazy, literally voices in his head, he is a gross person in general because of how crazy he is, he doesn't mind getting the shit beat out of him because he is crazy!
Gwenpool can't play the crazy card either because all she does is talk kind of wacky and that's it, there is nothing crazy about the way she acts, talks or looks.
So again, the whole ''killing is wrong!'' plotlines become moot when one issue later she is just killing for the sake of killing and not giving a shit.
Basically the whole book is inconsistent as fuck and is a complete mess when you try to think about ''what's the point of this book?''
( Again, because the point can't be comedy when their attempts are humor seem really lazy, it can't also be about action because the action is lazy, etc)
>>87626079>They do this shit all the time. I merely used a single example. They are the example Gwen sees and she is the logical conclusion of a person that had an outside perspective trying to imitate them. But again, she never goes ''according to comic book writting, is ok to act in this way in this scenario because the way drama is written means that this kind of dialogue would move the story fordward in X way...''
Again, the meta talk of this book comes off as just more attempts comedy ''You are the bad guy, so you must have a weak point! You think that this is crazy? In the 60s you became a giant robot for a while because comics are wacky!''
Can you post me an example of a really in depth talking about meta elements to explain how the plot is moving fordward?
