Glad to see I'm not the only one who thinks it kind of lost its stuff. Like, I still think a lot of it is funny, and the characters are still somewhat interesting, but the massive amount of plot threads and slow updating just fucking kills me.

>Max was/is possessed by something>Doorman's gang and their angelic leader>Whatever it was behind the weird curse dogs>The general deal with Mayview students (like Lisa and Dmitri, who've been implied to have some connection with spirits or whatever)>The emotional bullshit between Isaac and Max>The emotional bullshit between Isabel and Ed>What Spender's actually trying to do>Spender's inner tentacles>Mac possibly being forced to go on a family vacation that wouldn't work because of barrier shit>LizardmenI mean, not all of these are that important, but they keep getting attention (that special kind of "ooh, this might be a plot point later" attention), and then replaced with the next mysterious thing. You could basically take a character list and point to a name, and there'd be some kind of mystery behind them. I get that not all mysteries need to be explained, and it's good to have some loose ends hanging about so you can add on them later or build them into a bigger plot, but this is driving me crazy. There's just so many things to keep track of, so much switching between them, not to mention the slow release of comics (which was fine way back when these other issues weren't present), that I'm kinda getting burnt out.
