I keep buying these things but they always have little black spots in the middle or darker spots on the edges or middle.
I always cut off the edges
but am I supposed to peel every individual carrot even these tiny fuckers?
I always do like an autist because I don't want any black shit. Am I cooking correctly? Takes me like an extra 5-10 minutes just to inspect every individual carrot up close and make sure it doesn't have shit on it.
