Chinese Peking duck is the best, but I hate how chinese chop everything into tiny pieces and your left with more fat and bone than meat.
Having a plate full of roast duck meat bonned and skinned with plum sauce for dipping and washing it down with brown beer is the best, it's like eating like a king.
