Their Civil War adaptation wasn't bad, so i'd say yes. It would probably be better than the actual event. It is not like the Legends/Alliance franchise has any villains left to use anyway.

Original plot or go home, MUA2 was utter shit, started out with an adaptation of Civil War then unraveled into some weird shit with the spin tech concept that should've ended with Ultron, instead we got Mecha Fury...

Not to mention it had half the roster size, costume options, and story length.
