Well, that's that. Only version of Outsiders in New 52 is from Green Arrow and every member is from clan named after weapon. Or something.
Suicide Squad Most Wanted, on the other hand, had Katana going to Markovia, meeting Brion and finding Halo. But it's all pointless since she's Skwad now so whatever.

Yeah, the Dick one was always the fans just wanting dick. But there's no way Katana isnt Batman's spy. If Waller knows Bruce is "the rich boy" they will balance it with Batman having an "insider".

Hell, Katana took the place of Robin and Batgirl in the last animated series.
