it's got a good mix of the deep interesting stuff of questioning sanity and inner psychological urges and the balls to the wall cool factor of a lone police man taking down a mob of giant vampire killer fiends on his own.
I think i'd prefer if he fails to recruit his team, or if those he recruits immediately are killed off, leading to the story of a lone man taking the burden on his own
It could be an interesting character arc, seeing him decide against letting his team get dragged in to it, to their inevitable deaths.
Perhaps it could be towards the end
if it's got the art to pull it off then i'd be interested
Perhaps he could sympathize with the vampires at first, but over time, grow to hate them to the core, with an "extermination" mindset
