>>84179369>>84179486Yeah, I feel like it was always an "Omega Men" type of situation (and they're probably even be open to reviving it a la Omega Men, I'm guessing). If it wasn't always going to be 6 issues, then there was probably an exit strategy early on to get it that way.
I don't know if preorders were too bad. But I would venture to guess that digital sales weren't as high as DC wanted.
And yeah, looking at the CMX sales, it sold like CRAP:
>73. Wacky Raceland (2016-) #1on the same week that you had great DC performances with Flash Rebirth, WW Rebirth, 'Tec, Action, and Aquaman all being the top 5 bestsellers (with Injustice at #6).

* Scooby Apocalypse opened to #21 on May 25th. This is probably around the cut-off to where DC would be comfortable, given that it's the most well-known title of the bunch, has Jim Lee working somewhat close to it, and embodies the weirdness of the HB line (you know, "similar to the past but very different").

http://pastebin.com/Ujg73tUZObviously, the competition was different all around, but Wacky Raceland #1 was beaten out by a large helping of old comics, including and especially from DC itself.
