God damn it, Marvel. I know the second a character becomes popular you want to slap her on literally everything you can to sell her, but you're really missing the point on what made her such a good character in the first place. The 'omg I'm such a naive fan girl' act starts getting really unbelievable when she's regularly hanging out with A-listers and going to space to fight monsters.
This is pretty frustrating. Kamala works so much better in small-scale, independent stories. I'm ok with her becoming a massively popular character within the universe and working with bigger heroes, but it needed to be over time, so she could continue to grow organically into someone who does that.
