For some reason I've always ignored DC's cartoons, with the sole exception of BTAS

I've been seeing the latest DCAU movies (since Flashpoint) and to be fair they were mediocre at best (excluding Gods and Monsters and Flashpoint itself), but I know the previous stuff from the various animated series and movies to be good.
I'm willing to watch the shit out of everything in my reach, but it's a bit confusing. Is there an order to watch everything?
I know BTAS is followed by New Adventures of Batman and Robin, but were do I go from there?
