I don't think they had much content to begin with.

The movie is literally just three four of you count the Angela Anaconda segment short films stitched together in some vain attempt to recreate the success of the first Pokemon film.

But that's the thing, they cut scenes from each of the movies. There's like 10 minutes missing from the first one, 20 minutes missing from the second, and over half of third one cut entirely.
