Juggs had to use that big fancy set of pliers (which are based on a bullet casting mold from what I can see) to pull one of those needles out of White Chain's armor, and it was apparently a Big Deal, since Abaddon spent several panels on it.
Allison, the Incipient Godking, did it with her bare fingers, and it was no biggie.
In my mind, the most interesting thing is that Cio knew she could do it. The little blue demon girl Knows Stuff, and she's not sharing, even though Allison apparently has the ability to compel her to speak.
Very interesting. There's more going on here than meets the eye, which is saying something.
