>>82066529It's the ones who are clearly 40-somethings arguing about not just the shows but the original airing blocks they watched in the 90s that give me the creeps. There was a thread like yesterday about Fox Kids (which existed for 12 years, according to wikipedia, until 2002) vs Cartoon Network (which only existed for the last ten of those years).
See, if you were a kid in the 90s - under 10 - you could remember that, maybe, and maybe you'd still be in your late 20s, but most kids can't remember that level of detail. Especially over an entire block, because no kids have that kind of attention span. So either the OP of those threads has literal autism and remembers everything, or he was already pretty much an adult in the 90s, meaning he's in his 40s.
Posting about the comparative worth of animation blocks on networks 20 years ago. I mean there's kids who are literally old enough to post on 4chan - 18 today - who could not possibly remember that Fox Kids ever existed let alone any detail about it, because when it stopped broadcasting they were three or four years old.
It's not even hipster shit. This is some old dude who doesn't know what to do with his life clinging to a shitty cargo cult of his own creation to give his life meaning. Fuck that guy.
