There simply wouldn't be enough room for half of what is talked about.
/co/ generals stagnate when there's no content, and when there is no content the threads are deleted, because of what they become.
When a show is running, or a movie opens, generals are free to happen, so long as they talk about the actual content and there's only ever one thread at a time, ever.
