>>80473486Back in the day, artists would just swipe the crap out of everything in order the meet the deadline. Wally Wood had entire filing cabinets full of specific things to draw e.g. men walking down corridor, tank, etc.
You can't really get away with that now because... well, Greg Land is a perfect example. There are at least four infographics I know of showing how lazy Land is. I'm not saying swiping is right, but it sure as well was better than the alternative
