>>80415856>Age old white man argument of why does race even matterOkay you know what? I just woke up and this thread is still here so I'm gonna let you, my /co/ homies, in on a little secret.
Every black dude out there at least when they're little, believed that race doesn't matter. Black people in general WANT to believe it doesn't matter; there's just a mountain of assholes and evidence that it does that piles up over the years and eventually buries that little child voice in them that say "all men are created equal" to death.
And when that little child voice dies, you see an interesting thing where they go through the five stages of grief, and some people stop at one of those five stages, but they're all represented.
You got the denial guys that go full hog into it and try and keep that voice alive and say it doesn't matter ever, no matter what. Those are the guys that Fox News hires.
You got the anger guys, which is why there's the angry black man/woman stereotypes. Those are the guys that start riots.
You got the bargaining guys. Those are the morality politics guys that go "well maybe if we dress a certain way or speak a certain way racism will clear up on its own." or "Maybe if we had fictional characters everyone would see we're all the same" . This is the group that gets really big into pan-africanism; they're still mad but channel it into thinking they they can go home again.
You have the depression guys. These are the ones that go "fuck it things will never change" and self destruct and don't bother trying anymore. There's a LOT of these.
Then you have the acceptance guys that realize that assholes an only define you if you let them and that even with assholes in the world there's still good things too.
So, you know, don't get mad at them. Pity them. Because they're just grieving a death of their innocence.
Unless
>>80415856 is just a white chick mad because she got caught on blast, in which case disregard this entire post.
