Suicide for Hire is nice if you convince yourself that the author is taking the piss out of his own comic and isn't 100% serious about its topics.
If you want some real old school shit in the vein of Sabrina, Suburban Jungle Classic is from the same era. Can't really recommend the current Suburban Jungle because it's like two chapters in and I'm not sold on it just yet.
Doc Rat is actually solid as hell and a decent read. Daily updates, too. Out of this whole list, this is something I would recommend you check out the most. It's like Kevin and Kell but actually clever at times.
If you appreciate artistic talent more than output, Lackadaisy is mandatory. Tracy is goddamn amazing for what she does, but the comic moves about as fast as molasses.
The Whiteboard (the 'The' is part of the name) is a comic about a paintball shop and its patrons. Generally could be considered optionally furry because there isn't really a focus on the characters being animals outside of a few jokes, much like Lackadaisy. Comedy focused.
And, uh, mandatory mention of Freefall, I guess. Shit competes with Sabrina Online in age. Just reading from 00001 up to today is a week's worth of reading.
That just about sums up anything that doesn't have any drama attached to it and is good from the get-go. Everything else I'm not sure exists anymore or requires questionable standards to read. That is to say, I know of a lot of "interesting" webcomics, but not many of them are above average for one reason or another.
