A squirrel girl falls in love with a human boy.

Unable to confess, she is gifted with a deus ex machina that turns her human. Never minding the possible ramifications, nor the cryptic advice given by the mysterious creature who turned her into a human, she immediately follows the boy, and is overjoyed to find that he's single.

But then, when she tries to confess, he only looks at her with a perplexed expression after hearing the incomprehensible babbling coming from her lips. It seems that while she may have been given the body of a human, she still has only the mind of a squirrel.
