>>79268683>fusion is the expression of a balanced relationship>has therefore no overt flaws we have seen the two occasions she briefly happened>therefore Mary SueSorry, but that is bullshit. I mean, the character comes with the inbuilt flaws of heterogenous fusions, namely instability. Plus having the emotional maturity of two young teens. Which is worse than one young teen, believe me.
We even have Pearl sponateously opposing Stevonnie as potentially dangerous or wrong or whatever.
So, to run the checklist:
- Stevonnie has not without effort surpassed anyone of the cast as of yet. Mostly by not really doing anything. Connie and Steven unfused have done more as a team
- Stevonnie has not been spontaneously accepted by everyone for no good reason, nor been elevated to any position
- Stevonnie has made no decisions of any consequence that could have turned out right against the odds
- And most importantly: Stevonnie has done nothing Steven and Connie would not have done on their own while standing next to each other. Except for the being hot part, but that is not really an action and mostly just the town having like two moderately attractive females in it.
