>A no nameAnt-Man or Scarlet Witch? Both are superhuman and above everyone else on the team.
>A peak humanYes
>A dude with flying techA dude with shitty flying tech to be fair. Falcon is with out a doubt the weakest one on either team.
>Peak human's plucky sidekickWith a cyborg arm and peak human abilities of his own.
Vs
>High-tech battle-armor + military equipmentWho hasn't done jack shit with it and is confirmed
killed in action in CW>Peak human, but sexierBlack Widow does not have the supersoldier serum or a close approximation like Cap, Bucky, and Black Panther. She just has cool tech and a nice butt.
>Higher-tech battle-armorIron Man is strong, but his tech isn't nearly as impressive in the cinematic universe as it is in the comics. Ultron was based on Tony's tech, and Cap & Co were able to rip through hundreds of those shells. Ant Man, Scarlet Witch, and arguably Cap and Bucky are at or above his level in the movies.
>Black Guy (With peak human)Equal to Cap
>High-tech robotA bullshit robo-god. He is very likely the most powerful being in the marvel cinematic universe at this point. The only ones who might come close are Scarlet Witch (who is no where near as durable, but may be more destructive), and Ant-Man (same).
It's much closer than you make it out to be. Vision tips the scales for Tony's side, but Cap has some powerhouses and better team structure.
Who's in charge on Tony's team? The guy who made Ultron? The military man with training and tactical experience but hasn't ever fought superhuman threats? The robot-god that doesn't really have any connection to the conflict and doesn't fully understand how humans think/act? The dictator who's out on a personal vendetta?
The Spy who likely feels guilty as fuck for betraying her friends and allies and also has to deal with the fact that she got ditched by a nerd with anger management issues?
Who's in charge on Cap's team?
Cap, it's Cap.
