It means it makes you feel warm and cozy and comfortable. When something gives you the feeling of being wrapped up in a blanket in front of a fireplace, that's comfy.

It's short for comfortable, which is a word used to describe something that is relaxing, accommodating, and pleasant.

So in other words. It just means "it has elements which I enjoy."

I usually see that word applied to things that are typically considered to be simplistic or relaxing as opposed to something high energy.

Basically a show without a lot of high intensity moments like fights or tryhard humor. There can be some action scenes still, but they are more based on suspense rather than forceful hits.

It's just a nice watch that you can get under the covers and enjoy.
