But with billions of people being born throughout the years, and how crazy birth is, there are always outliers and exceptions.
Hell you got people being born with more than two arms, or half/no brain, or more than two eye balls.
There is no absolution but like 90% of the time there are some set rules, like two eyes, two arms, two legs, a penis OR a vagina, etc.
