I know DC did .1 issues for some of their villain month issues since Batvillains took up like 4 issues for each Batman book. Same with the Superman villains.

also apparently some people thought that the recap of his origin in OM #4 wasn't a recap because it was different than the shitty NG retcon, and that the dead woman was Carol instead of Alex

he was earth's only GL for a while which meant he never showed up in any GL books beyond a cameo or two because those were all set in space and I guess none of the books set on earth needed a GL cameo or anything during that time and now he's in Lost Army doing nothing like every other GL
