There's a reason why Wendy broke up with Robbie and the show basically forgot about him. As for Mabel, its clear that Mabel and Dipper are going to come to a head over Mabel's behavior over the show, given the structure of the pilot. She's completely absent from the first part of what could be the show's finale. When she comes back, there's probably going to be more than an embrace and some kind words and if there isn't I'll be really disappointed.

Because most of the time it isn't earned. SU handled it well enough with Sardonix. It took several episodes for Garnet to be in speaking terms with Pearl, and even at the end she isn't completely forgiven.

The thing with Robbie and Tambry is a little fucked up, but you need to think of it like this.

Mabel made them incredibly attractive to one another, and because of that they ended up finding out that they were really compatible and it helped the group as a whole.

It's no different than Mabel giving one of them a makeover or lessons in dating so that they're attractive to the other person.

If it ends up being her fabricated eternal summer inside of the bubble it would be interesting to see everyone else point out to Mabel the inconsistencies between her dream world and the real Gravity Falls (er, what it was anyway) and having that be part of snapping her out of it.
