International Dubs

The Latino dub of the Jimmy Timmy Power Hour trilogy has one of the more peculiar dubbing situations in dubbing history:
>Fairly OddParents was dubbed in Miami and Jimmy Neutron was dubbed in Mexico, each by different dubbing studios
>Sometime in 2004-5: it comes time to dub Jimmy Timmy Power Hour
>Presumably, hiring out both dubbing studios would've cost more money than just one
>In addition, international distribution rights to FOP were owned by Nelvana at the time while Nick owns JN distribution rights internationally
>FOP is aired on Jetix and Disney Channel
>For the first special: decision is made to do dub at the Mexican studio
>JN characters keep their VAs but all the FOP characters have their VAs replaced with Mexican talent
>Fast forward to 2006
>Nickelodeon has grabbed international distribution rights to new FOP episodes starting with "Mooooving Day"
>Time to dub When Nerds Collide and The Jerkinators
>This time, the specials are dubbed by the FOP dubbing studio in Miami
>Nobody returns from the dub of the first special
>Almost all the FOP characters recover their normal Latino VAs but now the JN characters all have replacement VAs

The Latino dubbing wiki has an entire article about the dub and voice samples comparing how the characters sounded in the first installment and the two sequels:
