Strange Academy is geeks. They fear monsters and being alone, with hints of schizophrenia and dissoc here and there. Their colors are Red and Blue, and their mascot is... let's say; Shuma Gorath.
AIM is the actual Nerds. Their fear is of normies; ree. Colors are Yellow with more yellow, occasionally red or green accents. Their mascot is M.O.D.O.K.
Avangers... should even really be a house or just the rejects from others? The Slifer Red of dorms if you will. Maybe built around Stark and Rogers the P.E. teach/coach; who used to be students themselves. Teacher pets all of them, the fear is academic underperformance as most of them are on a scholarship (ironically the Avenger's Mansion is the nicest dorm, lots of money around it's just not theirs) Their mascot is H.E.R.B.I.E. and Pym their shame. Color is Black, with various accents. Seen as tryhards by the rest; and they see the rest as lazy entitled idiots.
Some house built around Fisk, Jonah Jameson and Spiderman. The Party Animals, as in they have a secret identity as an animal (Rhino; Scorpion; BatMan) or maybe as a sort of alias under which they operate. Their Fear is of their loved ones, as in they fear Something Bad happening to them and they also fear them finding out their secret identity and rejecting they. No official colors or mascot; instead each adopt the motifs best suited to them.
The Morlocks/Inhumans; for when the XMuggas are 2mainstream4u. Not sure what their theme would be without being a lazy retread of the Xmen(oof!), maybe play up the Fear of the Outsider? Their mascot would be Lockjaw of course.
