I know the animated movies usually don't have much continuity, but it's pretty funny how in one Waller is morbidly obese and in the other she almost looks like a supermodel

It weird that Tara voiced her in the game but not the game based move, but voices her in the "sequel" (Hell to Pay) then later is voiced by Hyaden in every appearance in that continuity and the Arkamverse movie (which isn't but you could if you see Killer Frost as Krystal and Louise

Hell To Pay doesn't take place in the Arkhamverse like Assault on Arkham does.
That being said, Hell To Pay also explains she's literally dying of cancer, which is why she's sending the Squad out on a personal mission to get the Get Out of Hell free card so she can get into heaven.

Yeah, everyone seemed to praise Apokolips War when I found it pretty bad. It made most of the movies in the continuity almost pointless, the flashforward from "we're going to invade Apokolips" to "we were absolutely destroyed" was jarring and it focused on Constantine but he was almost useless through most of the movie.
