None of the articles listed Inside Job anywhere and until then it's not cancelled. Assuming that is jumping ahead a fair bit.

It seems most of the Netflix Animation shit that got axed was kids and family related and Inside Job is adult animation. Big Mouth got renewed at pretty much the same time everything at Kids and Family got canned. I don't think we will know for certain whether it gets renewed or not until around the release of Part 2.

Hirsch is an executive producer, this is Shion's baby so I doubt whatever might be happening with won't get this canned. Worst case scenario he won't be executive producing on the show anymore and I suppose we won't be seeing Grassy Knoll anymore or Grassy Knoll gets recast.

The potential for an alright adult animated show is there but the supporting cast is really uninteresting. Dolphman was the best of the side characters but that's not saying much.
