So it goes from non to noticeable and then people don't really see a difference until you go to weightlifter levels, then bodybuilder and beyond. So it goes from normal to extreme pretty fast.
If I have to put it some way I'll compare it with cup sizes, those go A, B, C D, etc while muscles would go A, C, F, and onward.
