Their relationship wasn't entertaining in the slightest, neither as a fujobait nor in the comedic sense. Ever since I saw Splendib meeting Zulius in the trailer, I had been looking forward to some funny scenes with them bickering and stuff, but that never happened, they immediately got together for no reason at all, and pointing it out in the show doesn't make it any less boring and poorly written.
