>>127413460>>127413450If calmer heads prevailed and everyone was able to talk out their feelings and motivations like that then Vi would not be fighting Silco like she is purely out of revenge for her dead dad and to "save" Jinx from the person she became. Part of the ire (justified) Silco has for Vi outside of the fear she'll hurt Jinx is that she's a reminder of Vanders betrayal and how his daughter is working with the pilties against her own kind, etc.
What are Vi's motivations in this conflict
>vengeance against silco for killing Vander >drugs am bad (only to harm silco) >fuck them kids, revenge important above the lives of others >powder come back to me, it'll be just like it always was if you just completely change for me! I didn't really abandon you except that one time I did! If Silco could explain shimmer is a miracle drug that can bring people back from near death and powers the world/technology Vi has no knowledge of, get Jinx to a good therapist, and get Vi to address the fact she's WORKING AGAINST EVERYTHING HER FATHER STOOD FOR then yeah, the whole plot would be different
But there would be no compelling dark story to tell. We'd just have Councilor Silco, noted philanthropist, appointed representative of Zaun and great friend of Piltover.
