In Episode 1, Power fucks up in both causing the explosion in the apartment and in throwing the loot into the water, making it all for naught anyway. Still, she couldn't have known about the hextech crystals being capable of causing an explosion, but surely she could have, as Mylo puts it, taken a few punches as the rest of them all did. However, none of that would have happened if Vi didn't force Powder into joining them on their heists when she's clearly still too young and inexperienced and certainly works best in the group as an inventor staying at home where she could spend more time making sure her traps and explosives work properly. Vi's overconfidence to prove her sister, however, likely wouldn't be a huge issue if it weren't for Mylo, however, whose constant putdowns on Power were absolutely unnecessary to do on the job and could only make her more anxious and perform worse. Mylo, though he had a point, should not have been so hard on her as it was dividing and weakening the group during their heists. Mylo could be blamed for, as Vi puts it, bragging about their haul, but at the same time one could interpret it as a mere gut response, entirely truthful albeit somewhat gloating, to Deckard's question. Mylo's lived a life with few successes and little to be proud of, so with no time to think of the consequences of a mere retort, it can't be fully pinned on him. It's unlikely that Deckard and his boys would have left them go unmolested no matter how they responded. Ekko, too, could possibly be interpreted for the later situation of the break-in affecting the Lanes and Vander, but aside from the unethicality of stealing back what was honestly (though not fully legally) purchased from Benzo's shop, he could never have known what chain of tragic events could happen just by giving a tip.
What I'm saying here is that I love how Arcane makes it so unstraightforward and complex. You can't pin all the blame on one person. Also Claggor did nothing wrong.
