Why? It's stupid, but smoking.
The show makes a big deal of Vander constantly smoking from a pipe when he's in charge, Silco constantly smokes cigars when he's in charge, and you can see Sevika from time to time starting a cigar but never finishing it until the very last scene when she's smoking alone.

It's retarded but I'm 100% convinced the frogs did this smoking thing on purpose.

I think Savika always knew Jinx would be the end of Silco and that Silco would ultimately be okay with that. Her going after Jinx to avenge Silco would, ironically, be dishonouring his memory.

She'll either carve out her own slice of Zaun or find another Chem Baron to be the right hand for. She's showcased competence but not the vision or the savvy to be the top dog.

Relationship with Jinx is a big question. Hating Jinx will be too obvious a script decision, and I think she will feel sorry for Jinx. She will not take revenge for the boss, the profession assumes such losses.

No it's supposed to be a parallel of the ending scene to Episode 3 where she does actually hit Powder.
Just like so many other scenes in the MV where they either parallel or hint at actual scenes in the show but in a different direction.

Interesting little foreshadowing: in episode 1 when they get atop of the roofs in piltover and an airship flies overhead, Powder says "one day I'm gonna ride in one of those things", and then Milo says "and one day I'm gonna shoot one of them down." Then in episode 4 Jinx rides in one and shoots it up.

I think Season 2 will primarily focus on Vi and Caitlyn tracking down Jinx on a rampage of chaos, and Victor slowing turning towards the glorious evolution, all on the backdrop of the civil war between Piltover and Zaun.

Season 2 will end with Viktor going full machine herald, vi and caitlyn arresting Jinx and VI becoming an enforcer. As a little bonus, Jinx meets Ziggs in Stillwater, strting that relationship and wrapping things up to current game lore.

She was well aware Powder looked up to her as a protector and as a leader. Nah, Sky's death shouldn't play a part of their discourse.
The whole point of their meeting where Viktor says the line "Through our pursuit of Great. We forgot to do good" it applies to them both. They've both killed an innocent person with their inventions and they both learned from that.
I think there fallout will come from the tension that's growing between Zaun/Piltover. On the bridge Jayce already offended Viktor but now that Jinx has attacked the council Jayce is going to go apeshit I think. Viktor will want to either help/protect or at least not attack Zaun but Jayce will want revenge.

His boss pimps him to some madman running experiments out of an asylum, so he can become at least useful. Goes crazy from the experiments, wakes up without a fucking clue who is he and now even fucking dumber. See his patient garbs and assumes he is a doctor and goes off to heal the rest of the Asylum. Everyone is made better by Mundo, except the ones who don't move and have to be put in the dumpster. Later the Chembaron shows up to get his new henchman and also gets treatments.

I feel like the most inspired direction choice of the entire series was to have Silco shitting himself there because it really was a gambit that he was only about 40% sure was going to work and "Welp, Sevika is going to murder me now" is the scenario that was very much at the front of his thoughts.

It would have been so easy to make him stoically "cool and badass" instead as his keikaku unfolded

Yeah. Moments of vulnerability from a villain are rare. I can't think of any of the top of my head but to have an actually strong, threatening and imposing villain who also has moments of weakness just makes him all the better.

In the first act I thought they would make him your stereotypical criminal mastermind but they really knocked it out of the park in making him feel human while still being intelligent and intimidating, genuinely S-tier character writing. I hope writers going forward take notes and realize that you don't need to cram some tragic backstory down the viewers throats to get them to empathize with a villain.

The meeting with the Chembarons really make it clear Zaun's kind of fucked now that Silco's gone. He never forgot his roots and always retained that "I know poverty and hardship" air about him that ensured he'd always guide Zaun towards climbing out of the filth, while all the Chembarons seem like bloated LARPers who behave similarly to the Council.

I loved how in this scene, for all of the posturing as if he had a plan all along, he legitimately had no idea if his lackey was going to kill him or the chembaron, he is shaking afterwards. He probably knew she pulled the blade, it was not planned, and he just hoped it would work out in his favor.

There was a medieval battle where the only casualty was a pot of stew. Can't find it on google for some reason. But basically, soldiers had a fight and it got broken up but a pot of soup got spilled, so that was the only person who died.

People take so many extremes with characters. Silco was a bad father, not because he was manipulative like people want to simplify him. But because he loved Jinx so much that he used his own trauma as a reflection of her. He just enabled all the bad traits Jinx had, because he saw them as strengths to be embraced as he did. They were two disturbed people and he made Powder a predator for a world he knew, while Jinx in a way mellow him down a bit which was his downfall. Vi wasn't such a great sister either, but that's another topic.
