serious question because Hulk is supposed to be Marvel #1 character period. He's supposed to be the only one who strength goes up and even the big wigs at marvel say so, see here:

so then why do other writers insist on making juggernaut even close to a match for Hulk? Hulk should be beating him in less than 3 seconds in every fight. really nobody should be able to fight hulk. in the future Hulk becomes the new galactis and destroys the whole universe because he even has TOAA and TOBA inside him so his power is the only limitless one and he literally should beat everyone in any fight because its impossible for him to lose...
