Can we please go back to 2000s cartoons and follow the natural evolution that was started since the 70s?

I want my thick outline designs with beefy swimming body men and /fit/ big-boob hourglass women and I want their faces to look young yet mature and not retarded animes or that disgusting DC movies 2010s style that makes me puke.
I want my excellent soundtrack with insane echo and rock guitar and I especially want techno music.
I want atmosphere, I want theatrical horror-movie atmosphere in my cartoons.
